I’m thrilled to tell you that I am now teaching two cohort courses for early-stage founders and sales leaders on Maven.
If you are struggling to build pipeline, struggling to convert leads into paying customers or are a founder from a technical background and trying to ramp up quickly on sales, one or both of my courses could be a really good fit for you.
Both courses are very hands-on, with a heavy emphasis on live discussion and practical application of the frameworks and skills that I’ve written about here on The Revenue Architect.
The two courses are:
1. Building Your Early-Stage GTM
This course is for you if you are an early-stage founder or sales leader struggling to build pipeline consistently. If your cold outreach isn’t generating the results you need, this course will help you fix the problem.
Through a series of live workshops and self-paced lessons, you’ll learn and apply frameworks to nail your ICP, write engaging messaging and build a warm outreach process that breaks through the noise.
The course starts on March 12 at 10am PST and runs until March 26, with a total time commitment of 5 hours.

2. Sales for Early-Stage Founders
This brand new course is for you if you are an early-stage founder or sales leader struggling with low win rates. If your customer conversations are losing momentum and turning into stalled deals, this course will help you fix the problem.
Through a series of live workshops and self-paced lessons, you’ll learn and apply frameworks to troubleshoot your deals, prepare for your upcoming customer meetings and define your sales process. You’ll also learn and practice techniques to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders, overcome buying objections and keep deals from fizzling out.
The course starts on March 13 at 10am PST and ends on March 20, with a total time commitment of 5 hours.
