I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve launched my new cohort course on Maven and its open for enrollment!
It’s called Building your early-stage GTM and it’s for early-stage founders and VPs of sales who are struggling to break through the noise and build pipeline at a consistent rate. If that sounds like you or someone you know, read on!
I’ve long wanted to teach a practical course on early-stage GTM because every early-stage startup needs to figure out how to predictably get in front of their prospects yet its something that you can only really learn by doing.
So when the folks from Maven got in touch a few months ago and asked if I was interested in teaching, I jumped at the opportunity to turn what I’ve learned from coaching early-stage GTM leaders and from being a 3x CRO into a live cohort course.
Here’s a summary of the course
The format is an intimate cohort course with an emphasis on live discussion.
The goal is to get you quickly booking meetings with your ideal prospects.
The course starts on November 1st and runs for 2 weeks.
The format is an intimate cohort course with an emphasis on live discussion and application
Building your early-stage GTM is a cohort-based course, with a heavy emphasis on live discussion, tactical problem-solving and Q&A. I’m keeping the first cohort small (~10 students) to ensure everyone gets what they need.
The course format combines self-paced lessons and projects — which you’ll use to build GTM artifacts for your own business — with a series of live workshops led by me to discuss your projects, get feedback, learn from others and ask questions.
If you’re looking for a series of passive lectures, this is not for you :)
The goal is to get you quickly booking meetings with your ideal prospects
Through the self-paced lessons, projects and live discussions you’ll learn and apply frameworks for:
Refining your ideal customer profile to focus on your highest value prospects
Finding relevant prospects in your extended network
Writing engaging messaging that cuts through the noise
Creating a process to pull it all together and book regular meetings
You’ll get access to all the lessons and projects a week before the first live workshop so you will have plenty of time to work on the first project.
If you are a regular reader of my newsletter (like all of the folks who are already enrolled), the frameworks will be familiar and the value you’ll get out of the course will be in figuring out how to apply them to your business.
The course starts on November 1st and runs for 2 weeks.
The course syllabus (lessons, projects) will be available on November 1st with the first live workshop session taking place on November 7th at 10am pacific time.
The final live workshop session is on November 14th, however we’ll have an additional office hours session in early December for anyone who wants to check in and discuss their progress.
The course costs $750 per student and enrollment closes on October 30th. You can read more about the course and enroll here.
If you’re interested in signing up, I’d love to chat with you to make sure its going to be a fit for you. Please get in touch via LinkedIn or at arnie@therevenuearchitect.com.
Super excited to finally get this off the ground!
